Dates of Commitment: October 31st, 2026

Time: Shifts May Vary from 6AM to 6PM


  1. Volunteers can help with registration, announcements, serve as ring stewards, judging class assistants, bring cattle, and more. 
  2. Volunteers must be 14 years old and in 9th grade or older.
  3. Volunteers will not be able to compete in the same contest they are volunteering for.
  4. Volunteers will report for their designated time slot at the Brazos County Expo South Arena Show Office.
  5. Please be respectful and do not alter any information already on the volunteer spreadsheet.
  6. ONLY the green and blue spaces are open for volunteers on the sign-up sheet.
  7. Please Arrive EARLY before your scheduled shift starts.
  8. Volunteers will be asked to attend a virtual Zoom training session prior to the contest date.
