Vendor Opportunities – Free of Charge

To make this event as accessible as possible, we are not charging a vendor fee for booth space. This is a great chance to connect directly with youth, families, educators, and industry professionals who are passionate about the cattle industry.

Please note: Because vendor spaces are free, we are unable to provide specific advertisement or promotional features for vendors. While sales cannot be conducted on-site to avoid a vendor fee, you are welcome to send customers to a website or personal store. We want this to be a networking opportunity for all and help our youth discover outlets in the agriculture industry for their future career field.

Event Details:

  • Location: Brazos County Expo Center, Bryan, Texas - South Arena
  • Date: October 31st, 2026
  • Vendor Setup: Tentatively set for 8AM


Vendor Booth: Vendors will receive a free 10x10 covered booth space beside the South Arena stands. Vendor fees are FREE, but because of this, we do ask that you bring your own tables and chairs for set-up.
